What is GEODI?
GEODI is an enterprise content management platform that provides data classification, data protection, data analytics, data discovery, digital transformation, digital archive, big data analytics, big data and GDPR compliance solutions.

GEODI Data Discovery and Data Classification Features

The GEODI Standard includes basic search capabilities, search by image, finding copies and similar documents, versioning, basic mapping, note taking, and viewing features. GEODI Standard is the basic module. Other modules run on the GEODI standard.

GEODI Discovery analyzes data with intelligent data discovery. Supported formats are included in the license. It automatically prepares your geographic archive with the optional GeoArchive module. GEODI supports large files of scanned projects in A0 or Stripe map form.
GEODI GeoArchive
GEODI patented technology solves the problem of corporate Geographical Information System users keeping the geographic data up-to-date. It enables the information in documents to be used as verbal data. This feature automatically resolves needs such as long data entry and integration. GEODI GeoArchive automatically creates geographic archives from CAD, Raster, PDF and other documents. It automatically positions the coordinates in texts, the boundaries of CAD files, or a layout in a PDF, on the map.

If PDF files do not contain text information, they can be automatically subjected to OCR process.
Databases : Access, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Postgre, SQLite, MDB, SQLite, ACCDB, ACCDE, ACDDT, ACCDR
File-based databases such as Access and SQLite are indexed as files.
Definitions for Oracle and other relational databases will be sufficient.
By default, GEODI discovers data on all tables that it can access.
If you wish, you can define the part you want GEODI to do data exploration.
Client software must be installed for database connections.

AutoCAD, Microstation, ArcGIS, Google Earth Formats : CAD, GIS, DWG, DGN, DXF, SHP, KML, ECW, SID, IMG
DWG, DXF, NCZ, DGN or Shape files are viewed without any additional software.
If the files have a valid projection, their boundaries are recognized by the Geofence Recognizer.
It is possible to define projection externally to undefined files.
Netcad Formats : NCZ, KSE, KSP, DRE, CKS, KAP, DRK
The kilometers included in the KSE / KSP cross-section files are recognized and you can view the cross-sections.
Netcad Raster files are recognized by the Geofence Recognizer if they have a valid projection.
CKS files, which are Netcad Report format, are indexed and displayed.

Supported Languages
GEODI processes documents written in all world languages, including arabic, chinese and japanese. It also recognizes basic structures such as time in these languages.
Transforming Physical Archive into Digital Archive
In classical solutions, separate workforce is required for Metadata / Index entry. As the index area needs increase, costs and duration of work increase. For GEODI, it is sufficient to put the scanned document in a directory. The rest are automatic. GEODI will directly process a previously scanned TIFF or PDF. OCR (Optical Character Recognition)

Finding Personal and Sensitive Data
GEODI also finds lots of personal data and documents that may contain sensitive information, such as contracts, offers, or documents with a monetary value. Artificial Intelligence instead of Metadata
There are many problems with the proper generation of metadata with manual methods. The most important problem is that the quality of the entered data is not fully controllable and is an important cost item. If there is more than one date in a document, what date? Which person if there is more than one? These types of problems prevent the creation of a quality metadata pool. Metadata cannot fully represent the document.
GEODI does not need manual metadata, it uses contents completely. Reveals the relationships between the network graphics and documents. Metadata / Index Fields
Indexing is an important cost item. For this reason, only files and cover articles are indexed manually, as in all manual processes, manual indexing is also open to error. Metadata fields are not required for GEODI. GEODI extracts the metadata itself. While doing this, it does not make mistakes made by operators thanks to its semantic properties. GEODI also extracts data that is practically impossible to index manually. It offers all dates, all names, all parcels, geofile boundaries and more.
Searching for Content from the Digital Archive
In classical solutions, basic search criteria are metadata / index values. Because users have entered these values manually, incorrect or incomplete entries only occur when you cannot find what you are looking for. This is the main problem with documents you know were but could not be found. GEODI only searches from content. With advanced artificial intelligence-based Semantic Search technology, word basics find many information that search engines cannot find. Content is the main source of information. It is also the source of metadata in classical solutions. GEODI automated this stage with artificial intelligence and natural language processing, making the search much more accurate and accurate.
Finding Copies and Similar Content
Since traditional software does not work from content, it often does not have such features. GEODI automatically finds copies and similar content. Copies and similars hold 40% of an average digital archive. This is a huge proportion, and a single document you are looking for looks like 5 documents. Which one is up to date? GEODI TextPro module automatically finds document types. It automatically classifies thousands or millions of documents. Adding New Files to the Digital Archive
Users have to add new files and enter metadata. The necessity of progress with manual methods interrupts the continuity. Since classical archives and archiving software do not work from content, they cannot fully realize such a feature. An option such as entering all dates in the documents in the index is not practical due to error rates and high costs. GEODI generates calendars from documents. For this, it recognizes the dates in the documents in whatever format, January 1, 2020, 01.01.2020 or Jan 1, 2020. The calendar allows you, for example, to access documents that mention the next Monday with just one click. You won't miss contract deadlines or important dates on your projects. Auto Map
GEODI generates maps from the information contained in the content. In addition to the documents you are looking for, you will also see the places in these documents. Where is a product sold? There may be 100 companies that buy a certain product from you, but you cannot see the distribution of these in cities or countries without a map. GEODI offers you this feature at no additional cost.
Taking Notes to Documents
Archive solutions often do not have such features. GEODI offers this feature as standard. You make a note on a specification, a colleague will see it and make the necessary editing, update the document, and you will be notified of this change. This feature is also valid for CAD files such as architectural projects. Working directly on the system without taking copies of documents or resorting to e-mail and other means prevents both monitoring the process and version errors.
Document Viewing
Viewing is mostly restricted to TIFF and PDF, and large files such as A0 and roll layouts are not supported.
GEODI can display over 200 file types. Files such as A0 or higher, very large roll sheets are also displayed. It also includes viewers for AutoCAD and Netcad files, GeoTIFF files, mails from different sources, Videos or Pictures with additional modules. GEODI offers the opportunity to view 200+ different formats on internet browsers or mobile devices without downloading files without requiring a separate license or installation for viewing.
CAD files
Classic softwares often view CAD files as files only. Engineering and Architecture Offices can produce a large number of CAD documents. Architecture, Electrical, Installation, Ventilation, Elevator projects, Layout plans and their revisions are managed from a single point and they can produce many CAD documents. GEODI makes your work easier by searching, versioning, automatic finding, viewing and note taking of similar files.
Tracking Rules
With GEODI, you can make the information you are looking for a rule. When a new document arrives, you can say "When person X adds a new document", "When an invoice arrives", "When a document that mentions project X arrives" or "When a document with a parcel number arrives", you can say let me know.
